As a customer experience specialist I complete customer service tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need and maintain the company’s positive reputation. I de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
I ensure that all technical aspects are functioning optimally. Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations and handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission.
Researched, troubleshot and resolved complex problems independently. I identified and solved technical issues with a variety of diagnostic tools and used ticketing systems to manage and process actions taken. I also made changes to existing websites using HTML and CSS.
Evaluating organizational needs and recommending suitable technical solutions. I trained agents on help desk procedures and company services. Supervised the help desk email and ticketing queue and managed call flow and responded to technical support needs of customers.
Code Keeper is a digtal Journal where you can take down notes and ideas for projects. You can keep track of reusable code you created or researched incase you need to use it again. With Code Keeper you can also keep track of things you need to do with your coding projects.
